For those new members who may be awaiting their kits and for those seasoned vapers:

Background: Smoked for about 20 years on and off. Quit for about 3 years until a death in the family proved too much and I started smoking again. I'm a huge technofile, gadget geek, whatever you want to call it.


After ordering my starter kits (still waiting) I am already hating the taste of regular cigarettes. I am realizing how disgusting analogs and smoking really are. I'm becoming hyper sensative to the way they make me feel and smell. It's almost like I've already stopped analogs all together.

Ugh I need my kits to arrive already, I am looking forward to dumping the ashtray for the last time and getting rid of this horrible smell in my home and car.

E-Cigs - Smoke + Cool Gadget = Win.

It's an unfortunate time around here oz....with shipping problems and customs, etc. I really feel for those of you waiting for your first ecig...I still remember that feeling. Waiting's a biotch!

Sounds like you're on a good path for getting rid of the analogs though.

Typically if I'm at a client and go smoke I end up in the bathroom washing my hands AND face ( I have facial hair which traps the smell- yuk). While I'm sure it smells better to me my clients can always tell when I've been out. After I quit the last time I couldn't believe what my friends and family were subjected to smell wise and yet I started again weeee. Either way I'm looking forward to it.
