Sprouts carries USP VG, so do Herbalists. I like the sweetness of VG so always use it.
I had some stomach problems for about a week after I first started vaping. I must have gotten used to it, as I've had no issues at all for about 4 weeks. I don't know if it was the PG or VG as I mix it a tablespoon each to a tablespoon of 24mg liquid. I've read that it's a common problem at first (sometimes I think I was just anxious over quitting smoking, ha)
BTW, if you want to adjust the flavor of your carrier liquid, I just found some flavored Stevia if you like your liquid sweet. It comes in chocolate, toffee, rasberry chocolate and other flavors. I spotted it at Sprouts yesterday (it's by the coffee)! It's all natural extract of the stevia leaf, distilled water, grapefruit seed (may have a very teeny bit of oil from the seed(?), but I saw no evidence of oil when I mixed it, and besides you don't add that much, just like other extracts, only a few drops). Very Yummm I put it in some of my junk liquid yesterday and I liked it. $12 for a 2oz bottle (wish they were smaller/cheaper). I'm using the Milk Chocolate today.
