Well, technically I got it in the mail on Thursday evening, now its Saturday night, and I started tasting a burnt taste to the Vivi Nova, so just like I would do the the kanger T2 coils, I removed the coil and rinsed it out with water, then sprayed through it with a spray bottle set on stream, blew it out, dried it with a paper towel, and re-installed it into the Vivi Nova Mini. But when I refilled it with juice and went to vape it, there was no power getting through the coil apparently, and no vapor at all. So I assume the coil is burnt out. Thats the first time in 5 weeks I've had a coil, an atty a carto or anything wear out like that! Its also the least time I've used a particular coil or atty or carto, so why would it wear out in just 2 days?
I am just using tobacco flavors, with no cinnamon or heavy menthol, and it was a 2.4 ohm coil being vaped at 4.7 volts on a Lava Tube(Torpedo VV). I used the same coil on My kanger T2 for over a week with no failure, and my Ego-T atty for over 2 weeks with no problems, and none of the 3 Smoktech cartos I bought 5 weeks ago and get used sparingly have burnt out either! I've been using the ame basic types of juices in all these too....
So why does the expensive Vivi Nova coil burn out in 2 days? Like I mentioned above, it WAS working but had a slight burnt flavor when I removed it for cleaning, but that burnt flavor just started. Can they not handle being rinsed out? I cant imagine thats the case, but it was working before, and I even went back and installed it again to make sure it wasnt working a 2nd time, but again, nothing. The new coil I put in now works, so......
