G'day fellow Vaper's,
I'm new to vaping- one week & 1 day & I love it heaps. Consequently, I'm also analogue free (Yeah!), after 17 years of smoking 15 thinly rolled Rollie's per day. Anyhow, I just want to know if it's okay to inhale the Vape. I try not to inhale- as I've read here that the correct way to Vape is not to inhale but to just draw the Vape into the mouth for a few seconds & then to exhale. But I find it hard not to inhale the Vape a lot of the time.
It's certainly a conundrum for me at this stage... I feel a lot of what I'm experiencing is psychological & that my brain & body is so used to inhaling (being an ex smoker for just a week) thus the want to inhale the Vape. I suppose this desire to inhale the Vape is a by product of my former ritual/habit of smoking. I do understand that vaping is a whole new experience & different from smoking in lots of ways. But it is also very familiar & similar to smoking. And I do want to Vape correctly.
Overall however, I do feel fabulous after quitting smoking & most of the time I never even think of analogues. I simply love vaping & I don't Vape a lot now compared to the first 5-6 days after quitting. I feel after 7 days of not smoking analogues, one is more or less an ex-smoker... Can anyone share there stories re: a) when you finally felt like an ex smoker & b) inhaling/exhaling Vape & Cerrect Vaping techniques.
Thank you kindly & Happy Vaping, Shazyzen.
