Is it possible to dry burn with an auto battery?

I recently switched from regular cartomizers to the CE2 clearomizers for my 808d system. Now I've found out that for first time use, and for cleaning, I should do a dry burn on them. Only 1 problem, I only have auto batteries.
I did place an order for a manual pass through yesterday from V4L, but until it gets here, I was just wondering if there was a way to dry burn with one of my auto's. I'm pretty sure the answer is going to be no, but I figured it couldn't hurt to ask.

Actually, with some kinds of vacuum switch auto bats, you can do a dry burn. Try sticking the led end in your mouth and blowing. I would recommend trying this in front of a mirror so that you can see the coil glow and make sure it doesn't go white hot.
