Is it safe? Seedman Tobacco Commercial Flavoring

I see that people are recommending Seedman's Tobacco Commercial Flavoring for mixing.
Seedman sells it to spray on Tobacco Leafs for added flavoring and enhancing but does it contain carcinogens like tobacco? Anyone know anything about it?

I have some menthol from Seedmans (I used to RYO) and the contents of the bottle is just Propylene Glycol and menthol flavoring, so I have used it on occasion. That said each different flavor will likely have different components so I'd see if I could get an ingredients list before using it. Same goes for the LorAnn and Flavourart flavorings - some are oil based and shouldn't be used with atomizers, some have other substances that isn't good for vaping.
