Is it Too Late?

I placed an order with a reputable vendor back on December 20th 2011. It's a vendor (name withheld) who I've ordered from before. They have their own forum here on ECF.

I waited...and waited, and finally sent an email to them asking about my order on 1/09/12

They sent me an email back saying that they no longer carry that item and that I was refunded.

I checked my bank records and there was no refund. I told them that I did not receive a refund and asked if they could send me some atomizers for a different model (since they were the same price).
And BTW the amount of money I'm talking about is $33.00 and some change.

This is what their next email said: 'We could certainly do that for you. Our team will take care of this for you. This order will go out as soon as Chinese New Years is over on Jan 31st.'

So I waited and waited again...and no order arrived. I sent out another email on 2/15/12 asking about my order. But this time I didn't get a response back. My records still show a debit to them and no refund.

So now it's 3/9/12 and I just want a refund or some product. And I could go and complain on their forum and/or keep sending them more emails. But my question is....Is it too late?

I have made several orders to China and never waited longer than 2+ weeks. I made one the week before their "New Year". Did you ever get a tracking number for your order? I believe there is a thread here on ECF for unsatisfied customers of registered suppliers. At least you could warn other members about them.

I think they are still a good vendor. They just dropped the ball on this one. I'll call my card and try and get my money refunded.
