I bought some new juice that comes "pre-steeped" but it's clear. I'm wondering if it needs to be steeped or if it's ok. It's Joost Vapor Pink Panther which is a watermelon bubblegum
It doesn't have a poor flavor but all my juices before have been at least a light brown and I have had watermelon and bubblegum before but not together
I have only ever smoked tobacco e-juice. Isn't something like pink panther bubble gum juice a bit alien? Maybe i'm not adventurous enough but it makes me think I wouldn't be smoking but having a fruit drink or whatever. Maybe I'm missing something. Darryn.
Some flavors just stay clear for longer. 90% of my flavorings are clear to start out with, and many don't start to change color for a week after doing a quick-steep on it. Could just be a sign that you got a very fresh batch.
Fair enough. I find that the fruitier and candy juices are better on a dripper because they become more intense and can actually taste the whole flavor profile and appreciate them.
Most of the juice I have on hand is crystal clear to a light golden yellow. Some juices darken over time, often cereal, dessert, pastry flavors or caramel and tobacco flavors. I've had one or two juices that were pink not clear, yellow, or brown (the most common colors of ejuice).
I consider what you're describing to be a benefit.
Like said above, not all flavorings have color (plenty do), and some have a light color that deepens with aging. Nicotine itself is light-sensitive and will slowly darken over time from it. Many eliquid vendors will also add food coloring to their eliquids to enhance the experience or, more honestly, match the customer's expectation that a watermelon eliquid will be pink or fruit punch will be red. I personally consider it short-sighted, as while the colorings are generally considered safe to eat, we don't know they are safe to inhale, so they're imposing unnecessary risks on their customers.
