Is light colored juice bad?

I consider what you're describing to be a benefit. :)

Like said above, not all flavorings have color (plenty do), and some have a light color that deepens with aging. Nicotine itself is light-sensitive and will slowly darken over time from it. Many eliquid vendors will also add food coloring to their eliquids to enhance the experience or, more honestly, match the customer's expectation that a watermelon eliquid will be pink or fruit punch will be red. I personally consider it short-sighted, as while the colorings are generally considered safe to eat, we don't know they are safe to inhale, so they're imposing unnecessary risks on their customers.
