Is MTL less juice-consuming than DTL?

I've always vaped MTL, but sometimes I do DTL even with my 10W vape. If I want a bigger nic hit I do DTL.

My aim has always been to limit the amount of vapor that I inhale deeply, just because I"m a little concerned about the effect on the lungs from inhaling the vapor deeply over time. PG and VG vapor probably aren't a big deal when inhaled, but flavors are a question mark.

If I hold a hit in my lungs for more than a few seconds hardly any vapor comes out when I exhale. I have to think that it all coated my lungs and stayed inside. Good or bad? Does it emerge later when I cough or is it absorbed by lung tissue? Something to think about, anyway.

Here is a video from a fellow ECF poster that answers this question. Very informative.

ScottP, thanks for posting that video. I wondered about vapor residue in the lungs while at the same time realizing that my lungs are absolutely clear compared to when I smoked.

If we accumulated PG, VG, and water we'd show symptoms. My symptoms are clear lungs since shortly after I started vaping and quit smoking! It all makes sense to me now. That video should be stickied somewhere and it probably already is.
