If you have a multimeter, check the resistance by putting the red tip in the center hole of the threaded end, and the black to the outer threads. Set to a range that allows reading of 2 - 5 ohms or there abouts. If the reading jumps all over the place, the coil is broken. If you read higher than about 3.5 ohms, it is too weak for a regular battery, but might be ok on 5V or more.

4 days is very little time, so it might be you can get a replacement. Contact the vendor. It could be your battery is dead too, so make sure its freshly charged and working well with a known good atty. Always good to have several backups, as attys, depending on the make, can sometimes be bad from the beginning. It does happen.

In the future, it would be very useful for us if you gave details on the PV type, the vendor, etc. There are many many PV and atty types out there, and different brands for each, and some are better made than others.

I am unclear as to which end you put your mouth on. You need to put the threaded (battery connection) end in your mouth and blow the juice out through the open end into a tissue. If you blew it out the other way you just forced the juice into the atty further. That's ok but you should do it the right way several times, then add one drop to the bridge, reattach everything and now see if it vapes. Make sure you are not covering the air hole/holes with your fingers. If it vapes, then feel free to add more juice to your cart but make sure you don't put too much back in again and flood the atomizer. If it doesn't vape and you can't get the right reading with a multimeter, then call the vendor like Kurt said and see if they'll send you a replacement.
