Is my KGO dead!!!????? :-(

Both of my KGO battys won't charge! When I take them off the charger blue light lights up 4-5 quick times and that's it...it won't work? How can both batterys die at the same time....hmmm??? Only had those batteries for about month and a half, two max.


Anybody has any ideas?

well if both batteries are not holding a charge maybe the charger isn't delivering the charge..i'd check with another charger first..hopefully you know someone close that can help you out..

Possibly the charger. That would account for both being dead.

Both battys are working, but when I screw in my Vivi Nova light blinks rapidly 4-5 times and batty's wont work? Strange...

that indicates a short somewhere..probably where the head connects to the base of the vivi nova..
