I have been using my ego C batts with protank and T3s for about 5 weeks. Got my new Vamo V2 in today from MyVapor Store and charged both of my Efest imr 18650 2000mah batts until green light on charger. As I put batt in and screw the base on the led light flashes for a second and stops. I click the power button 5 times and nothing. I hold the + button for three seconds, nothing. Hold the -button three seconds and nothing. I push the power button after I put my protank on and nothing. I double checked base spring is in correct position. Put the second battery in and the same results. I have tried clicking the power button 5 times, then 6, then all the way through 10 times. Other then the brief flash while installing the batt I cannot get this thing to show any other sign of life.
I hope I am just missing something simple. Any suggestions?

MyVaporStore is very good with their customer service. If you cannot get your Vamo to turn on, contact them and they will likely send you a new one right away and also pay for return of you non-working Vamo. How do I know? Because this is what they did for me. They are one of my selected vendors because of this. By the way, I asked them to test the replacement before they sent it and they did. All turned out well. Contact them.

OK, well after 3 hours of pushing buttons and screwing the battery case back and forth, I finally got it going. I got a small bent probe and pulled the positive post a little bit. It has started functioning now and I will give it a fair test but I will keep this unit on a short leash. One more burp and it's going back. Thanks for the help folks.

I'd still call the vendor and give them the option of deciding whether to replace it or not... At least that way you'll have it documented that it didn't work without you fussing with it so you can avoid any hassles if it stops working at a later date...

Yeah I agree with that. I plan on still contacting them tomorrow just so my issues are at least on file.
Been using for a little while now and turned it off, waited a few minutes and turned it back on so all seems to be working now.
