Hi all.
TL;DR - Plugged USB charging cable into battery for the first time and the end of the battery (where you plug the cable in), depressed into the battery tube and spins. Light still shines -- is this a broken battery? Should I try to return it?
I am new to these forums and the world of e-cigarette vaping. I ordered an Ego-T starter kit from an online shop and have really been enjoying it (although the tank system is rubbish and I only use cartomizers).
I had reduced my analog smoking for the past year to the weekends and so now that I've switched to e-cigarettes, I only vape on the weekends.
Because of this, I've only now (after two weeks) had to charge my battery.
It has a USB passthrough connection. When I plugged the male into the female (the part on the end of the battery), the female part depressed into the casing of the end of the battery. It can spin inside and is just plain loose.
The starter kit came with two batteries and while I haven't used the other one, I check if the female input was tight when I plugged the cable into it (please excuse the unintentional innuendo) and it was.
This makes me think something is wrong with battery. Should I try to return it?
Thanks!
