Gun Metal Platinum is a brushed silver... Chrome is a mirrored/shiny silver.

Gun metal platinum is brushed silver as Gravity stated; it is an exact match for the silver cool carts - they look really sharp together. Chrome is exactly as advertised - shiny and obnoxious. I have both, like the platinum better

Dawn, I would like to get a silver drip to try. I have some black delrin ones, do you find the aluminum tips bother your teeth at all though?
Jam, I do prefer the Delrins, but metal warms up as you vape. Can't say they bother my teeth & have gotten used to them being cool at first. I have not used them in cold weather outside.
The platinum batts are a perfect match to the silver/grey cartos The premium Doc pepper (cool carts) look fabulous with them..

The drip tips are so pretty though. I love girly things even at my ripe old age. Any suggestions what carto's and batteries go good with the pink drip tip? I'm thinking black carto, pink battery, or white battery with pink carto?
Are all the colors compatible? Like is the pink battery, carto and drip tip all the same shade of pink? And the purples all the same shade of purple?

Some are a little off... The only true dead ringers are black/black or gun metal/silver. I like my black batteries, black delrin drip tip, and a pop of color on the carto in between. But, I also love my metallic red batteries, black carto, and black drip tip. That's dead sexy.

The Purple metalic is very close to the purple carto which is a shade lighter. The metalic dark green is good with any of the green shades. The matt pink batt is darker then the lighter pink peppermint cartos. Any of the cartos looks good with the copper, bronze or gold batts. The silver platinum, or gun metal also looks good with anything.
