Since I believe most of the "ProVari survival story" threads were on the old ProVari forum, which I recall ProVape wasn't aware of at the time.. they may have not known about them...

"I've read of one surviving a drenching in a swimming pool, another surviving a complete wash cycle in a pair of pants, and another getting a good bath in a river for 24 hours until it was found by the happy owner.

I think it is Buzzzpro here on the forum who demonstrates the toughness of his Provari by dropping it at arm's length onto the tile floor. Edd the lion dropped his from above the ceiling down a story onto the floor, knocked the top cap partially off, and fixed it by hitting it with a block of wood and a hammer.

And the stories of being run over by a dump truck; falling off a speeding motorcycle on a busy highway, bounching down the road and getting run over by a car; falling one story off a ledge landing on concrete, etc, etc."

Bad didn't mention the hay bale one.. missing for 6 months, complete with photos...

"Dropped in pasture, hay raked twice, wind rowed, possibly ran over by tractor / implements 3 - 4 times, went through baling machine, bale spiked and moved several times, sat outside in all sorts weather conditions since July 2013.
The battery was dead / 2.4v, Ibtank didn't survive, Provari still functions like the day it was new / flawlessly."

Unfortunately, they don't all end happily ever after (complete with photo)...

"ProVari Mini vs Briggs & Stratton - And the winner is ...
Briggs & Stratton of course.

Lesson one - Don't take your Provari with you while cutting grass with a ride-on-mower

12.5HP beats 800maH"
