Ummm... Ok. Keep thinking that, Speed. ;) :D

Yeah on the IKVs! I've got a small truckload coming too.

And for the price? I'm going with $279.*

So Kat you belong to the carto cartel??? I thought so. I'm still sticking with $299.00 unless you already know!!

This thread has now entered the political process.

About price .... I just don't get why Provape is adding a second layer of profit takers by limiting sales to its dealers.

Is it not a 'slap in the face' to its original clients ?

Would a beta phase have been really a lot more productive with experienced users feedback that normaly buy through the web ? How good can a beta phase through dealerships that deal mostly with newer vapers ? ( except commercial information from the dealers ).

Looks to me that it is NOT a real beta phase and that Provape is not looking to test/improve the P3 . What the P3 is today is what the P3 will be.

Those who want different specifications will have to wait for the P4. That is if Provape survives the ANTZ storm . I truly hope it does.

edit: Price prediction: 250 $ with many blems sales to boost demand.

$249.99 -- but I'm sure hoping for $199.99. :)

It's not another set of profit takers. It's less per piece in ProVape's hands.

I think many of the critical people on this forum should go into the mod making business, or just any business, and make Your decisions for Your business. A bit of experience making decisions will most likely change your tune.

Pro Vape is doomed imo. Who wants a gimped and very limited device for the price we can buy 2 100w devices for? I am sure there is a quality difference but not enough to validate the extreme prices. Like buying a Ferrari and opening the hood to find a yugo engine under the hood. China manufacturing will win out in the end unfortunately but if provape made a device more people wanted they would be fine....

If 20 watts isn't enough power for you to vape then you belong on another planet. Why would ProVape make a 100 watt device when the few cloud chases wouldn't pay for ProVari quality. I believe their market is for the safety first vaper who has no desire for 50 or 100 watts, which is roughly 90% of the market.

Maybe... Maybe not.

No 20 watts is a joke lowest I use is around 34 in my fogger v4 @ .4 ohms. I use mechanical mods because of the Watt limitations of most devices. Now I do think it's great that safer regulated Vapeing can now be done with the newer higher power devices! I can't wait to use one mod for all my needs :) its all subjective but many in the Vape world are buying higher power devices and using Sub ohm coils. DNA and yihi style devices allows for much wider coverage of all types of vapors.

steve jobs once said that bigger screens where stupid an no one wanted them as their iphone was the perfect size... fast forward a few years, everybody wants a bigger screen and iphone is finally getting into the market.

provariers said the same thing about wattage until provari finally caved in
and now the maximum power thing begins

What?

I know the number of vapor's is increasing every day, but not that much. In order for that to be true, the number of new vapors in any given 6 month period would have to be equal to the total number of vapors. This cycle would have to repeat. It's mathematically impossible.
Not even slightly mathematically impossible. First off many vapers don't spec up. They buy, it works, they stick. I know a woman who's been on the sam ebrand of cig-a-likes for over 2 years now. Most of the vapers at work bought egos straight out the gate and still use them with ce5's or similar. One or two bought better clearo's but they're all on the same page. I'm the only vaper at work out of 20 or so who uses a mod. I'm the only vaper at work with more than 1 type of tank on the go. There's only 2 of us make our own juice and none of us mess with coils. I would say, most vapers I know skipped cig-a-likes in favor of egos

As for the coils that work to 30W, so what? I have coils that theoretically work "best" at 20W, I vape them at or around 10. Every time.

I have a couple of ProVari Minis, which have been excellent and continue to serve me well.

I'll most likely pass on the ProVari v3, as my VS rDNA has me covered for awhile. However, I am looking forward to future ProVape products. They are a sound company, whom produces excellent devices.

Hmm -- and there's a fool with double stack 18650 batteries who's using .0? ohms, holding his device with a dirty rag and bragging with a child's crib in the background. Just because someone is doing it doesn't make it sane.

I see that many sub ohm vapers are so called upgrading to regulated devices these days. I guess they got tired of hot pockets and venting and near venting batteries. I imagine that thrill gets old after awhile.

Perhaps it's about time for someone to reverse this lower and lower and lower ohm trend and build a higher ohm coil that suits the needs of the super low ohm crowd. The invention of the micro-coil did so for many---but that's "old news" now. I'm sure it could be done if someone was inventive.

What? Most "cloud chasers," only one person I know of has classified himself as one, but most are into nice gear.. I just bought an estia with an engraved tank for about $200...for an atomizer. I want quality, and I want performance.

And if you can't understand the flexibility of a higher powered device, perhaps you are on another planet? Or maybe haven't had a lung hit with a 26awg 1-1.4 Ohm dual coil?

Edit- I don't prefer regulated for safety, never had issues with my solid/good mods..never vented a battery, accidentally... I do it for constant performance from start to finish...even if it doesn't look as good as a mech setup..
