Is Salt nicotine stronger than regular nicotine?
Nicotine salts are have more nicotine in them, allowing them more closely compare to a cigarette. Because MTL devices have a less intense hit, these higher concentrated e juices are perfect and won't be too harsh.

Nope not really not in my experience. And I have vaped several brands of both (DIY) like, for a long time at the same strength.

For harshness, yeah, you might get a win but absorption is totally up for grabs (and also dependent on the manufacturing process, the person themselves, the setup, and a host of other issues.)
