They really should keep the old site up and running until the new site has been fully tested and all the spelling/grammar, and usage bugs have been fixed. As it is right now you will scare away new customers and are alienating existing ones.

I was ready to place an order for 25 of the V2 blanks (while they're in stock) and another white battery (hoping it lasts as long as my 'older batteries'), but without being able to enter my discount code, I have to hold off. 'Tis a shame that Bloog is probably losing other orders right now...

Yep, lost my order today. And the more that happens the further away we are from getting juice. :(

I agree with Star and Frick. I also find it a little disheartening that Bloog decided to offer the new "try me" packs before offering juice. I am on this subforum daily, although I don't post much. Everyone has been asking for juice for months. Yet instead of making it a priority, they went with a new product that doesn't necessarily appeal to their regular customers.

Yes, it's a great idea. Yes, it will bring more customers. But why not try to satisfy the current customers first? I know Red & Leaford are doing their best, and this is not directed at anyone personally. However, as others have pointed out many times, pleasing the customers should come first, to create a solid customer base.

I was also surprised to see that Slim's thread from a few days back was never addressed, and there was no formal announcement made about the new site and its issues. We were told a while back to expect a Customer Appreciation Sale and a fully functioning website with everything in stock.

As I've said before, I love my Bloog. I'm not knocking the products. I just wish they would pay more attention to what their current customers want.

Does anyone know if Bloog is going to offer 1st class shipping, or at least USPS priority, anytime soon? I thought there was some talk about lowering shipping rates, if I'm not mistaken. Also, is the site going to accept discount codes again?

All good questions....I wish I had an answer for you, but I don't. We are still waiting to hear from the owners of Bloog. It seems likely that the site will accept discount codes at some point, but when that will be is unknown.
