Is the rebuildable telescope mod from smok on Mv?

I ordered the one with the circle cut outs for ventilation (I don't think you can unscrew the top cap off on that one)

It seems to have better reviews and I don't like the slots on the other version which shows the battery .

But are both versions from smok? Or are they no name clones?

I would imagine if they were smok madvapes would advertise that but I don't see "smok" anywhere in the description of either

I heard the switch can and will break but they have replacement switches which is fine by me

I'm actually more concerned with voltage drop.

Pbisardo did a review on the one with the slots and the voltage drop was minimal.

But I'm not sure about the version with the vent holes

Anyone know If there are smok ? And how the drop is ?
