At the same voltage, with the same atty, the vape is the same.
So, further than that, it all depends on which features you want, and what is offered, and you willingness to pay.
Some features that are a "must" to some are completely irrelevant, or a negative to others.
Some people want to vape beyond a 4.8 voltage, I have tried it, didn't like it.
Some people see the ability to change batteries a plus. I would too if it was just the ability, but I hate that is is usually coupled with the need to change batteries, which I see as a big negative.
Many see the ability to set wattage as a big plus, since I never change flavors (being an exclusive unflavored vapor) it is a minor factor to me, not in itself worth paying extra for.
Some like big sized PV's (I don't, but of course size is relative).
Many see the ability to go a couple of days without charging a most important issue. I would love to do that, but not at the size and weight cost of lugging around a big mod.
Some see the extreme importance of a built in ohms meter (I have one, and an external one as well - but I have never bothered to check a setting in 3.5 years of vaping).
I do have a feature requirement that is very important to me, but it is completely irrelevant to most vapers. It is the reason that my current favorite is an Itaste vv, and that is the ability to be used as a passthrough.
So, again, it is all about what is satisfying to you and what you are willing to pay for. Personally, if given a choice of a ego twist and a provari, if I had to use it as my exclusive 24/7 pv, and could not resell it, I would take an ego twist. But, many, many readers of this forum would disagree, and few will believe I probably need to be committed.
