Vapefest was held in Philly in 2011; "Vapefest" appears to be held in different cities each year.
There are Philly 'area' local meets; East Coast Vapors Club has meets at Vaporphoxxe in Hatboro. The White Rose Vapers Club meets at Cobblestone's in York.
