there should be no delay with the post count you have... did you click save when finished?
Hm, you did cut and paste it into your signature use the bb code?
Otherwise, I suppose it is possible there is a delay - by the ECF board. I've had issues before too where my signature did not show up. Not sure what finally got it to show, except maybe logging out and returning. I never thought about a time delay.

i don't know how to cut and paste and as far as save,,i'll have to go back and check,,,i thought i did every thing per directions.

I think I'm tired. I'm not very clear sometimes. Sorry about that.
When you finish your banner selection, it will give you two codes, one is bb code for forums. Copy that code (highlight and ctrl c if there is not a copy function available), then open up editing of your signature block under settings at the top of the page here at ECF, paste (ctrl V) the code into the signature block and then save.
