Is there an 18350 mechanical side by side mod?

I'm not sure if this is the correct forum to post this or not, so moderators feel free to move it to the appropriate forum. So I've been browsing on the internet and came across two rather awesome looking side by side style mechanical APVs, the Hero Hybrid APV and the Zen Sidewinder. Both are hybrids, which led me to wondering if there were any mechanical mods that were set up similar to either that allowed use of any 510 atomizer, preferably something like an AGA. Unfortunately I don't have access to machine shop or I'd attempt to make one from scratch, but anyways I wondered if there was anything like this already on the market? Here's links to pics of both:

I really like the size of the Hero, but I've only ever used mesh wicks in rebuildables, and it does look a tad fussy to get just right. I'd love the Zen, since I enjoy gennies, but they're just far to expensive for my minimum wage lifestyle. Just looking for that great mech experience in an even smaller, non tube configuration. If anybody knows anything, let me know! Thanks.

This thread has some info on the side by side style, mostly you'll find they are built inside boxes. And pricey.

A DIY inside a box wouldn't be too difficult. Other examples:
