WHen I go out, I don't want the Twist and Vivi Nova to dangle in my pocket. Preferably, I want a casing that'll hold it and secure it and something I can hook to my belt. Anything like this out there?

650 or 1000 mah?
There are plenty of 650 mah ego lanyards out there. Though not one I have seen one that is made for the belt with a clip or loop. I think I know what you mean, something like a gun holster?
The Twist 1000 mah dimension's are 4.7In. (L) x 0.5In. (D) or 121mm (L) x 14mm (D). I suppose you could find a flashlight holster with those same dimensions. I believe the width is AA battery size. Try here Flashlight Accessories - Flashlights - Grainger Industrial Supply
Some people have had success with these clips. Amazon.com: Pen Clip 0.49" ID Band. 12 Each.: Health & Personal Care. You just have to expand the ring a bit. Its not a holster though. Unless you could get a nice Ego lanyard, something with an open button. Then poke a small hole in the back of it. Run the clip through. Put in the ego, then attach the clip to it to secure everything together.
You could also run down to a knife/out door gear enthusiast shop and try out holsters there.

I tried my 2-AA Maglight holster. A Lavatube (22mm diam) can fit, if you really force it, but its so tight the button gets pressed. Also gets jostled when I sit down, and I'm afraid I'd break the connector off the top. Pocket clip/lanyard would be my personal choice.
AN Ego-type battery does fit in an open top 2-AA Maglight holster. It was alittle loose for my likeing, for work, so i had the wife run a stitch down the length for a perfect fit.
