Is this a good choice for a newbie???

Hello,

After seeing some buzz about e cigs I thought I would do some research on them. I have been smoking for 20 years and smoke about a pack a day.

I have read through a lot of threads on this site and have watched a video for newbies.

I was going to buy a Smokestik because a friend of a friend of mine has one and really likes it. I am still thinking of the Smokestik but after reading some threads I am leaning toward the 510.

I looked at several websites and this is what I found for $73.00.

Starter Kit: includes 2 complete Joye 510 cigarettes with 2 atomozers & 2 batteries, 5 prefilled carts, 1 AC charger.

Extra battery & vaporizer

juice: 15ml bottle of ECOpure Krystal 36mg Nicotine VG
Pure USP VG and Distilled water 15ml with mixing bottle

I do plan go buy some Larainne's flavoring to mix with the juice. For all of the experienced users, is this all that I would need to start me off? And is this a good deal for me to start with?

I was also looking to see if the 510 comes with a car charger but couldn't find one. Do they make them for the 510 or will I just have to have extra charged batteries with me?

Also, should I get a bigger bottle of the 36mg juice or will that last me a while if I am used to one pack a day?

I would appreciate any other info you can give me.

The 510 is great. they make a USB to car plug that you can plug in any usb cord into your car. The PCC (personal charging case) cord plugs into a USB. You can find a complete set up w/ a PPC for about 75.
Inovapor has a bit of a wait.

IMO, that is a pretty good deal and the 510 is a great device. I would recommend getting extra juice. When I first started vaping I found that I used a lot due to learning to use it and just playing with it and vaping a lot early on. Also it is good to always have plenty of juice onhand. As for the car charger, you can just get a car to usb adapter almost anywhere. ( I like to have 1 wall and 1 usb charger) I do recomend getting a PCC ( personal charging case) It charges 1 battery onn the go and holds an atty and 2 carts. If I had it all to do again I'd get my 510 and a PCC(a must if you leave home) from Nhaler- cause stoping smoking is hard - having good juice is crucial to that/ was crucial to that for me. Nhaler juice is good- go read the comments in his section.

I've been vaping for about 2 weeks, starting with the NJOY NPRO (Not impressed & returning to Costco) & upgraded (I thought) to a Mini-Pipe ordered from EastMall. Even though I'm a casual analog smoker of 2-5 a day (Lights & UltraL) I've been unimpressed with the vapor & throat kicks I've experienced so far . I have plenty of e-juice ordered from JC & Eastmall. Does anyone have a take on the advantages of the Prodigy over a ScrewDriver or any of the other modified e-cig models out there. As a rookie I'm still learning the ropes.

I started with the 901 and a week later ordered the 510. I enjoy he 510 more due to it's vapor production. I too smoked for 20 years at about a pack a day of ultralights. I ordered my first kit from Totally Wicked and my second from the Widow. Both had fast shipping and didn't disappoint. My first liquid order was 11mg which ended up being too light. I'm now vaping 24mg in different flavors and it works well for me. I didn't smoke menthol analogs, but I've found I enjoy the menthol eliquid. Good Luck with the switch.
