Is this a good setup to start

I plan on getting a innokin ego 650 mah blister kit with a protank mini 3, extra coils, and Arnold Palmer and hawk sauce e liquid from mt baker vapor this is the best setup I think I can do for under 50 with discreet shipping. And does anyone know if I can use a prepaid Visa card to order from them.

Yeah, that should work fine. If you stay with vaping you'll want to upgrade or at least add some backup hardware, but that setup is a good start on a budget. (taste is very subjective... I prefer tobacco flavors but I'm in the minority on that, and lots of folks love the Hawk Sauce).

They should accept a prepaid card, but only one way to be sure... go for it!

Back up battery's are a must you may wish to get the 1300mah or the 2200mah battery's .
I realy like the kanger 3 tank with the air valve it just wors so good for me .
But anything that helps you off of smoking is great .

If you're really serious about quitting cigarettes, get backups for your setup. If one item stops working, you can't vape. And that leaves you no choice but to go back to those stinkies.

Two batteries, two tanks, one charger, and never let yourself run out of juice. Remember replacement coil heads for those tanks, too.
