is this an atomizer or cartomizer

Hey everyone,
I bought what I thought was an atomizer at b&m to try my new juices coming today. I hqve never used one, and it looks like it may be carty (never used one of those either) so I figured id ask. If it is where do I drip?

Looks like a carto to me. You would put your juice onto the cotton stuff there.

I'm a little behind the times, but none of my regular attys look like that. it does look like a carto to me

I don't really use cartos but I believe you have to get the filling all wet, not the best for trying liquids in my opinion.

That looks like the "guts" of a cartomizer which is an atomizer. One of the local vape shops here uses them for testing flavors at their flavor bar. You drip in the liquid onto the filler stuff until it is saturated but not sopping wet, then set it on top of a battery. Put a drip tip on top & fire the battery.

Thanks every one, it was a carty with drip tip. I traded it for a rba atty. I wanted just a 510 but, that's all they had. It is working good. I have got to try all my new flavors. I think I like this better than tanks.
