Is this battery safe to use ?

I just started e-cigarretes for replacing cigarettes. I dropped my 18650 battery yesterday by accident is this safe to use ?

Not as is, but you can rewrap it. Rewrapping a battery is easy. All you need are some battery wraps and a hair dryer. Make sure you keep the ring insulator at the end of the positive pole and make sure it is place when you do the rewrap. It's a small thing, but important. Also, check for dents. If the battery is dented, don't use it. Even rewrapping won't make a dented battery safe.

I agree with Terry. That kind of cut is the type that could Easily get bigger. I'd put that battery aside until you Re-Wrap it.

Yep, as Territoo and zoiDman said, you need to re-wrap that battery. Here is a how-to video in case you've never re-wrapped an 18650 before. It's very easy.
