I did get your PM but I have been buried with web site problems since yesterday and have been focused on getting the current orders out today. The Post Office changed there rates and due to the way my web site is configured there update messed up my ability to print orders and Postage labels.
I just logged out of the admin area so Volusion could do there thing, for the third time since yesterday. If they can't get it fixed I will be hand addressing the orders and not getting much else done. I am in such a Grumpy Mood because of all this I should not really answer any posts or e-mails.

But my guess is most of my customers would like to be in your shoes! Who would like to receive a two battery Elegant kit with 1500 MAH when they ordered ordered the single battery kit that has only 1300 MAH? Raise your hands!

I am a firm believer in getting what you order so i will get back with you as soon as I get these problems handled.

I need a vape!

Thank you so much for taking time with a noob. That sounds to me like usps pulled a nice one on ya.
Take your time with a response, no need to make everyone else miss their vaping supplies for a minor snafu.
