No, charger talk isn't taboo. You just asked your question during an "off peak" time frame. I personally do not have any experience with that charger. If you have questions/concerns about it, you could send an email or PM to RTDVapor. The owner normally responds quickly and has been patient with me in the past. If it hasn't shipped yet, he might be willing to swap it for another model.
I do know that the Xstar chargers (which he does carry) have gotten some good reviews.

I hate to be the bearer of bad news, but, I have one of those TR003 P4 chargers and my experience with it is not good.
Not saying yours won't be just fine. Mine had one dead bay it on it. I didn't realize it until a month or so later because I was only using the first two bays. In addition, the bays that do work always over charge the batteries slightly to about 4.23 volts.
Probably not a big deal, but could lead to shorter overall battery life.
The xtar chargers have a good reputation, as well as the Pila chargers. So, if your TR003 doesn't work out, one of those would be my recommendation for your next charger.

I've been using the much maligned Trustfire TR-001 for months. No problems. At this point I have a couple of them. I even have a cord that allows me to charge in the car for long trips. I do use a charging bag but, I'd use that if I had a Pila too.
