OK I have gone through 5+ carts between today and yesterday..granted better than analogs, but man! I think I should have gone for a higher nic level..most of mine are 8-11mg. Uggh. I have spent so much already and checked the swap thread for some higher level nic stuff, but have not heard back from anyone on there

Should I just order more at a higher level?

Marlboro menthol lights..and then switched to rolling my own with a blend of menthol and light regular tobacco with menthol filter..about a pack a day, sometimes 1.5.

It's either you need higher nicotine like Mark sir said, or you're just vaping more because you can. With analogs you knew when you finished one, you couldn't do it everywhere, etc. With vaping it's different. You can do it pretty much anywhere. Not to mention the new toy factor.....

I'd say you wanna have some 18s around and maybe some 24s. I was a pack a day light smoker and 18 is what did it for me.

Uggh. I somehow knew you guys would say that. The only 18mg I ordered was the Cappuccino juice (now I am afraid I can't use the juice with my autos??!!) So lots of money on some higher prefilled eh??

I think 18 would help.You can switch around and vape lower nic at night.You dont need 18 all day long.

I do the same thing. I am not sure if a higher level will help me or if I will just vape because I can. Mine is always in my hand I never put it down and I went through 10 11mg Smilin Menthol carts over the weekend and had to order more. I think if I smoked an entire carton of cigarettes in 48 hours I would be sick, not sure how I went through that many that fast...

You can use it on autos, just be careful not to over fill. Autos are unsealed so if you get juice in them, they die. An empty cool cart 20 drops to be safe, wow 16.

When vaping is new, the novelty will keep you vaping, even when the nicotine urge is satisfied. I got some 0 nic to chain vape, and the nic level I needed to satisfy the craving to smoke. It was soon easy to tell the difference. When I wanted to vape, I hit the 0, when I wanted to smoke, I hit the nic. It worked for me.

My first week vaping I went through 32 cartos. It had nothing to do with the nicotine as much as it did that I could do it around my wife without her wanting to kill me. That and the fact I could vape in my truck at work without losing my job.... Right now my wife is asleep on one end of the couch, dog the other, I'm only half way on watching beyond scared straight and vaping away without issue. I still get a slight rush from it. Part of me says I shouldn't be able to do this. It's the whole taboo factor..... Sorry for rambling on....

I did the same,

But 24mg slowly took me off the analogs.

I found myself cutting way back at 18mg (from 2 packs a day to 1)
went up to 24mg and I found myself cutting back more, to the point that I did not touch my analogs for days.

I did not make a conscious decision to quit, it just happened by itself, I never really had those "got to have one now" moments, i just took several draws of 24mg if I felt the need,.

Today is 9 weeks with no analogs at all, not even a puff.

Needless to say I'm a happy camper, Close to 30 years at 2 packs a day of Kools gone!
Now I vape Carmel-Mocha Frappuccino exclusively LOL...

I only use autos and I have had no problem refilling. Just put the condom on, carefully drop and wipe down the threads when you are done. No problems whatsoever!

Yes you can, just refill it with the stopper in the connection end, follow Snow's awesome video, and to be on the safe side blow it out before using it. Just remove the stopper, take a tissue and cover the batt end and give it a couple of blows. If nothing comes out, you should be good. If anything does, wipe the connection end down real good.

From what I've read and experienced myself, you need a higher nic than what you were smoking when you first switch. A cigarette is designed to deliver the nicotine as fast as possible through the use of other toxins. Ecigs are just the nicotine (healthiest part of a cig), so it takes longer to penetrate the blood brain barrier, and your body doesn't absorb as much. The higher nic level will compensate for that issue.
