What you see in that pic is perfectly normal. Unless you're getting juice leaking out the bottom of the atty or your draws are getting very gurgly, then it's not really "leaking"
The atty feeds from the cart via a siphon effect, so there's a little negative pressure in the cart and when you remove it and the spike is no longer in the cap's hole that pressure will equalize and you're likely to get a couple drops come out. This is most likely what you are seeing, there, and can cause flooding of the atty if you remove your cart frequently while there's still juice in it
One trick that I found to work very well for me to avoid flooding is this: when my cart is empty, I'd either blow the excess juice out of the atty (remove cart, insert tissue into that end and blow from battery end) or "tail-pipe" it (vape off the remaining juice with no cart inserted).
