is this what your ultramax res looks like?

Hi,

I just got my ultramax with res a couple days ago. The inside of my res looks different from others i've seen from online reviews. It looks like the metal part doesn't completely cover the wick.

just wondering if other ultramax res look like this

Contact Innovapor and the will fix it for sure... There must have been some mix up when it was assembled. No Ultra Max that I bought (seven of them) looked that way.

no worries. I couldn't use the res yet anyways because I only have LR attys for my ego lol. hopefully the new res will come in the same time my new HR attys do next week. Thanks for the great customer service.
