I was just wondering, if it has any of the bad stuff you get from cigs. Still new to vaping, 3 weeks, still haven't found a liquid to make me say YUM. Waiting on some in mail.
It's much better for you because you aren't burning anything. Only heating flavored liquid to create steam.

I will say this though if you don't already know. Generally when ordering juice, steeping is key. A lot of new vapors buy fresh juice from a vendor and dismiss it because it doesn't taste like it would after its been steeped. Tobacco flavors take extra time too.

hmmm smoking: being shot with a 44mag, Vaping: being shot with a 22... its less damaging not totally safe. So far no one has died from vaping on a large scale...

I'd say it's more like: smoking = 44mag, vaping = pellet gun. Or BB gun. Or rubber band. :D Or spit wad. :D

Nobody knows for sure. We have high hopes (and some indications) for increased safety. Also, type of juice probably matters. There's NETs, WTAs, non-tobacco but with nic extract base, and no-nic and no-nic unflavored. Then there's wattage and device differences.

btw steeping is the wrong word.... its aging :)
Since when? I cry foul! Do a search here on "steeping".

I have and have posted a couple of threads on the topic... and if steeping is supposedly the correct term, then its also correct to smoke our juice.... ;)

"Steeping" is done to mingle/develop flavor. In tea and in juice.
Now, "aging" is done longer term, and is (IMO) more complex too.

However, the term steeping is certainly closer to correct than your example of vaping = smoking...an obvious error. And just because you give a false analogy doesn't mean I have to buy into it. But we're getting OT. So...where's a link to one of those threads of yours? :D

I vote for "combobulating," which is probably the most accurate term, given the dearth of actual scientific analysis of the process.

Think it'll fly? Me either. Not cool enough. And "aging" is a bit pretentious for this hobby of ours, really.

I think I'll accept "steeping" as the common vaping jargon. Most of the vendors are already in on it too. Let's not buck the tide.

Edit to say I just got strawberry fields in the mail! I may be saying YUM tonight.

Cigarettes have alot of stuff added to them,as long as the tobacco liquid was not made from a cigarette then there should not be all the extra stuff.I make my own tobacco extracts,so i can have real tobacco flavored juice, but the tobacco used was never made for a cigarette,so it didn't have all the stuff added to it.

Vaping, tobacco extracted juice is assumed to be SAFER than smoking, PERIOD. There are still some chemicals involved, just no BURNING and less of the chemicals. Do Not confuse Safer with SAFE. Walking on the side of the road may be safer for me than walking in the middle of the street street. BUT, people do get hit by cars while on the sidewalk. So is the sidewalk, SAFE?

Unless you get shot at very close range where the 44 just does a through and through and the 22 ping-pongs inside the body. You might want to check the facts.. Historically the .22 centerfire ( Shorts. longs and long rifle), is arguably the most deadly caliber used. The 44 may make a bigger hole, but the tumbling bouncing 22 can often do more damage.
