I'm already stocked, but I'm getting another 3 liters anyway. If it loses 1% of potency from travel in 80 degree weather for 3 days I doubt I'll notice or care.

The concern isn't potency, so much as smelling/tasting nasty.

If possession is criminalized, I will be a criminal.

However, the FDA does not have the power to do that. It would take a new Act of Congress.

Let's not forget that it was the current administration's FDA that gave us a reprieve from the last administrations' 8/8/18 PMTA deadline. Had that not happened pretty much everything would have been banned more than 13 months ago.
