Isaac at Ikenvape is the best!

I wanted to put a plug in here for Isaac at Ikenvape. I recently placed an order and it was one of those that fell through the cracks.

I waited a couple of weeks and didn't receive anything, so I wrote to find out what happened? For whatever reason, his system burped and my order went to the great bit bucket in the sky. It showed that I had ordered and paid, but stopped there. Isaac looked and found the problem, promptly fixed everything and sent my order with an extra goodie added for my troubles.

Although everything took a couple weeks until it was all sorted out, I can't say enough about how great Isaac was!!! He is now on mine and my wife's favorites list for all of our parts and things!

I ordered some drip tips, attys and cartos from him last Friday when he had his unbelievable Black Friday sale. Today I received my order in the mail already! Everything was present and accounted for, wrapped very securely in bubble wrap. Isaac is now on my favorites list, too.

I have been shopping with Isaac for a little more than a year now and it is my belief that he is one of the BEST of the best that we have in our community. I have 3 top vendors and he is included on that list. All three are side by side for their own products and how they handle business.
Isaac has been working hard on cartomizers and atomizers for us and he his doing a fantastic job! Thumbs up, pat on the back and big hugs with a few atta boys to Isaac and Val for all they do in our world of vaping!
