Issue With Customer Loyalty Rewards Points?

Trying to checkout and use up some collected Customer Loyalty Reward Points, but no matter what amount I put in the Apply Amount box, it comes back with, "It appears that the amount you have tried to apply is more than the total of the order. Please try again"

Unless there is some automatic discount of 50%, there is no possible way this can be true.

Is there an issue with this? I retyped my CC info 6 times and kept reducing the amount applied until I got fed up and came here to ask about a possible error.

We have tested the system and it seems to be working fine on our end. Not sure why it isn't working for you. Please feel free to call our offices and we can apply your points on our end if it continues to not work for you.

Just for everyone else's information. It is not working for me with IE9 browser.

A good work around was accomplished via email, so even with whatever glitch this is, the customer service is top notch.
