Issue with new Itaste VV 3.0

First off I would like to introduce myself. My name is Joe, I just started vaping about 2 weeks ago. I bought an Itaste VV 3.0 and it has worked great up until about 2 hours ago. First off it would burn but wouldn't put out any vape, took my cartridge off and cleaned it real good and let it dry. Refilled it, vaped good for about 10 minutes, well now the LED light that tells you the voltage and wattage is stuck on and will not turn off. If I hit the power button it does nothing, if I try to turn the Itaste off by hitting the power button 3 times it does nothing, if I plug it in to charge it also does nothing, no green light or anything.

Any suggestions?

Sorry, I have no actual help. That's a bummer.
I did have mine behave similarly...but it was w/in a week or so of me hastily removing it from the charger and ripping the electronics 1/2 out the bottom. I wasn't THAT rough w/it so I wondered it wasn't a little weak to begin with. But I blamed it on me and not the device...luckily I was able to get to the store ASAP. Lesson learned...I actually bought two new devices that day. (It was black Friday, yay for sales!)

Sorry to hear you're having trouble. This has been a very trouble free mod for me, and I haven't heard of many issues at all with the VV. Sounds like something went wrong though. Fortunately that is one of the very few Chinese products that has a warranty. Take it back to where you bought it (I hope you bought it locally) and I'm sure they'll change it for another one. iTaste has a very good warranty reputation. Let us know how it turns out.

Is it still under warranty? Contact your vendor or Innokin.

Thanks for all the replies, I bought it from a vendor that says his stuff doesn't come with a warranty. I contacted Innokin and they said they don't give warranties for items bought from vendors. So i took it apart myself to see if I could find the problem and the chip for the voltage meter was cracked, looked up the serial number on it and turns out I was sold and knock off of the actual Innokin. No wonder the vendor wouldn't replace it. Any suggestions on an online store to buy legit items from?

I had the same thing happen as the other poster. When I would pull the charger out it came off very hard and one day the electronics came half way out.I pushed it back in carefully and it worked for a while then it began to act funny-plugged it in and the charging light would not come on,then it came on but rolled through red, yellow green and back to red etc.Had it on the charger for three hours still no change. So I upgraded to an Itaste VTR!(i was looking for an excuse to upgrade anyway)I really liked the 3.0 though-nice device.Mine was less than a month old when this happened.

My local store said bring it back-maybe he's going to replace it.That case it will be the spare.I have seen this problem with the electronics coming out posted on this and another forum.Wondering how extensive.

Anyway sorry I can't offer any solution either...
