Great! Only reason I thought it might is that I've just looked at the main reason tobacco does this is because of nicotine (nicotine is the real vit/min depleter here) so was thinking ecigs may still do it as they contain nicotine... I think I'm going to go 0% nic soon and see how things change / get better,,, I don't want to quit fully as I enjoy the taste of ecigs and I like the feeling of blowing out vapour (it aids in my cig ediction )

If you're just going off of "common knowledge" about nicotine, you're in a for a real surprise. Nicotine is not the bad guy it's made out to be, by the "public health" nannies. It is a mild stimulant, mild vasoconstrictor, and beneficial for most all mental and emotional processes. That's about it, for "what nicotine does." It is also not nearly as "addictive" as its made out to be; cigarettes' addictive potential is from nicotine+all the other crap in cigarettes, something over 4,000 chemicals, most of them toxic, some of them carcinogenic.
