Hi there

This is the newbie again.

Last week I ordered the Kanger topbox from myvaporstore.
I was really excited about it after everyone's views on how it feels using the topbox.

Turns out, USPS tracking says its delivered, but its not.
I contacted MVS and they have a new case opened with USPS.
MVS doesn't have a direct ccare # to call them at, its just an email id.

Will I end up with a loss here?
I'm quite surprised this happened with MVS.
Also a question to those who've ordered from MVS in the past.
Did you guys not have to sign at the time of the delivery? Just wondering how the order could be delivered without my signature.

I've never ordered from MVS, but I think they are an ECF supplier. You might try contacting them using the link to their forum here on ECF.

I never have to sign for the juices I order online. The mailman just leaves them on my porch or in the mailbox. I hope no one stole it from your porch? I've heard about that happening a lot lately. I'm sure MVS will do everything they can to help you.

Best of luck!

It's not really MVS fault is it...its the US Postal Service saying it was delivered when in fact it was not (at least not to you). There is no signature required. If it was Priority Mail it has insurance on it (I'm not sure how much...but I think it's $50.00). Now its between MVS and USPS...I'm sure they'll make good. BTW: USPS tracking system is not like UPS or FEDEX....often it lags way behind...I've gotten packages delivered that they said were still at a processing location hundreds of miles away!

you should not end up with a loss here - may take 'em a minute to sort it, but their CS is usually very solid

Just posted on the MVS forum link provided by you guys, thank you.

And yes, it was USPS priority service with an insurance of a $100.
Fingers crossed.

Every order of juice I've made has been delivered eventually. If you look at the notification email you got from USPS, you'll see either a phone number or form you can fill out asking them to find your package.

Not sure where you are located, but if anything like my delivery here, I've had packages delivered while tracking still shows it in another city and delivered the day after tracking shows it delivered. If it shows delivered today, I wouldn't get too worried until tomorrow (other then the normal excitement/worry over vape mail). Based on my dealings with MVS, they will take care of you.

I'm in Boston and I checked with my roommate, we haven't had too many thefts here- she's lived in the same house for the last 10 years.

I am still waiting on MVS, lets hope they solve this.

I'm sure that MVS and or the Post Office will get things worked out.

I've had things that the USPS said were Delivered that were Not. And then they arrived 1 or 2 Days Later.

I was thinking the same thing. When USPS states a package has been delivered, and it hasn't, how in the world is that the fault of the vendor?

There is a difference between has been delivered and out for delivery.
Delivered means the package has been left at the appropriate address.
Out for delivery means the package has arrived at the assigned mail carriers
work station. If the carrier has already left to do the route the package will be
delivered in the order it was received depending on its priority.
    Regards
    Mike

My first call in a situation like this is to my local Post Office. We had a similar situation a couple of months ago, not vaping related. As soon as I got the email notification that the package had been delivered, I went outside to get it. No package anywhere. I immediately called our local Post Office to find out what was going on. It turns out that there was a substitute carrier on the route that day, and he misread the address and delivered the package to the wrong house. The Post Office retrieved the package and sent him back out to hand deliver it to me the same day. It might be worth your time to check with your local Post Office.

Its happened to me as well. USPS said it was delivered, and it didn't actually show up until the next day. Probably a mistake by the local PO.

Yeah... USPS Tracking is not always 100% Reliable.

And can a be a Huge Source of Frustration sometimes.

Hmm, and I thought it might just be our carrier sandbagging his deliveries: marking them as delivered one day and delivering them the next. But it seems to be more wide-spread and a systems-problem on their end..
