Istick 50 and dripping

So now that a few people have these in hand for a while. Who out there is setting it up with an rda. How low are you building? What wattage are you firing at?

I'm looking at one to use with a Subtank and my TOBH. Was hoping it could comfortably do both and want to set my mech to the side. Not really interested in the 100-150 watt devices for now. I usually set my mech up at .5 and like the vape.

I built exactly .30 ohm on the freakshow rda and fired it at 45 watts on my istick. It worked great. Massive cloud, the flavor was great, the hit was strong, and I liked the full contact feeling. I also use my subtank at work so I don't have to refill it frequently but there's no comparison between a dripper and a tanker when it comes to performance.

I have a plume veil built at .5 that I have used on my 50w, think I ran it about 25-30w. Worked great....

Yeah I'm just looking for a devise I can use for my dripper at home and or the tank on the go. Figured the 50w would do it well. Just wanted to be sure.

I have my Dark Horse (Authentic) sitting on it with a 0.2 build and it hits like a champ.

Have a Sigelei 50W using a cheap Chinese plastic Tugboat clone & a Flawless Tugboat clone. The Flawless can handle the power much better! I run both at around 35W - 38W at 0.3ohm on 24 ga Kanthal. Vapes great! Great flavor, nice clouds. Really enjoy it. The cheap chinese clone lacks in comparison but still vapes well. I also at work bring my Subtank Mini with the 1.2ohm coil at usually around 22W and it is AMAZING! Great flavor and Great Clouds. You should be good swapping back & forth!

I got the same setup you are talking about in the mail about 2 hours ago. I may hang up my Tobh, the subtank gives such good vapor and flavor with the .5 head. I also wanted a tank for work because it's hard to drip and play with my phone on break.

That's all really good to hear. Thanks for all the replies. I pulled the trigger on the long waiting game. Got the 50 and the sub mini from SLOWtech. Found a 10% coupon and had a store credit. Out the door for $69. With the cny and their normal shipping speed it may be 2 months but hey I'm cheap.

I ordered the 50 and a Sub Nano from evape.us on Wednesday night. I'll have it Monday, and it was only $74.... Their Sub Mini is only $8 more....

I am using iStick 50 with Cigreen Mutilator, dual coils .2 ohms, @ 18W. Produces more than enough vaper for me.
Couple days ago when I was testing it with only one coil it shut down itself and stopped responding (fully charged). Put it on the charger and it came back fine. No issues since then. Still don't know what happened, most likely I did something wrong with RDA. Works flawlessly with Kanger/Delta sub ohm heads.

I ordered my 50W istick to do just that! Dripper at home,and Kanger mini sub tank,when out and about! I'm also interested to see what the actual battery run time is with a RDA running on it? The 4400mah battery should give a lot of use,unless it's maxed out at 50W,running the RDA.
