Never had that happen b4, but I use delrin wide drip tips, don't like metal.

The problem is that this drip tip is built onto the tank and non removable. Although I removed mine... lol

Funny my hubby has 2 of those and my daughter has one. Hubby doesnt vape over 20 watts with his, and airflow nearly closed off. Now my daughter well thats another post. Lol.
