I'm still relatively new to vaping, and I still rely on analogs when/where I can't vape.

Yesterday, I popped a fresh carto onto what I thought was a freshly charged battery as I left the house. Less than a mile down the road, the battery flashed that it was empty, and I realized I'd picked up one waiting for recharging rather than just off the recharger.

Oh, well, no biggie -- I always have a spare pack of analogs in the glove compartment. I lit one up, took a couple of drags, and dropped it into my pocket, just like I do an e-cig. It took a few moments to go from "what's that odd feeling?" to "OMG!!!"

I'm not sure exactly what words/terms I should use on this forum, so all I can say is that there are two areas of tissue on the upper chest region which, although biologically useless on a man, are relatively tender, and one of mine now has a large blister on it.

I also have a large hole in a new $47 shirt.

But this also raises the question -- how do you handle an e-cig between puffs? I can't stand to have anything like a lanyard around my neck. They don't seem to balance properly in ashtrays. I have a colorful little pouch/sleeve, but it's a hassle getting it out every time.

I've just been dropping it into my pocket, but obviously that can be a dangerous habit.

What do y'all do?

That, right there, is funny stuff.

At home, mine is pretty much glued to my face right now, but it will sit in a pen holder or on my computer desk on it's side like it's not supposed to. In the car, my center console has a small hole for a couple pens to fit, so it sits in there, but my passthrough sits on it's side, like it's not supposed to, LOL. And, while I'm at work, it sits in my jacket pocket inside a tool pouch I got a Home Depot.

Hope your "two areas of tissue on the upper chest region" get better soon!

Wow that sucks...

I'm becoming a bit of an ego loyalist so I usually have it sitting upright within arms length or when I'm at my computer I have my pass-through just lying there in my old-moderately sized- glasstray. In the car is another pass-through that just gets tossed onto the passenger seat... There's a lesson to be learned in your story of woe... But hopefully I'll never have to resort to an analog.

BOOBoo... classic. I hope you heal fast and, for your sake, with minimal scaring.

Yeah, I got the "hot pocket" from my Prodigy V3 while playing a rock show at a wedding a few weeks back. The Prodigy has a screw down button that you can use to turn the unit off when not in use, but I slipped it in my back pocket without remembering to screw it down. I was rocking along and started feeling a strange feeling in my back pocket. Huh? What the heck is going on back there?? I had to wait until the song was over to check... and discover that my Prodigy was burning up. Luckily everything was intact. The cart was melted, but the atomizer still worked and the batteries held enough charge to work for the rest of the night.

Normally you would want to have them sitting upright so the eJuice does not coming leaking out of the tip. If they are not leaking on you it is no big deal. I purposely let mine sit on their side since 801's can end up holding allot more juice inadvertently and just end up clogging the threads.

Funny story but bad at the same time OP. On a side note I was going to mention the flicking also.
