Definitely an art to it. You get it down after a while. Slow and steady
Also, this may sound odd, but don't beat yourself up too much if you slip and have an analog while trying to make the switch.
I actually think the couple times that I slipped, within the first 3 days, actually helped me to stay off them. When you're first trying the e-cigs, your brain still glamorizes the analogs, and somewhere in the back of your mind, they still sound so... damn... good.... But after vaping for a while, and finding flavors you really love, an analog tastes absolutely HORRIBLE. The last one I had (on day 3) tasted very strongly like burning pavement. I found myself staring at the burning ember, wondering why in hell I was breathing all these noxious fumes, just to get at this tiny bit of nicotine in the leaves... Seemed absolutely idiotic. Couldn't wait to go back inside and puff on some delicious vapor, so I put it out after 3 drags, and did just that. Haven't even wanted another analog since.
