No cold. No rain on the jammies. No coats. Just sitting here in my favorite chair with the lap top and my favorite vape. It just doesn't get no better than that (unless Kevin Costner walks through the front do with a box of chocolate, I'd really like to have some chocolate now)

I didn't go outside at home anyhow, and been a few years since I worked, but jup, it sure is cold! Even here in Texas!

I just checked the weather in Houston. 42 degrees.

Debadoo, when it gets that warm up here in the Great White North, we fill the pools up with water and go for a swim.

Sometimes cold temps are better. It's 7 deg here and I just shoveled about a foot of dry snow. Much, much easier than a foot of the wet stuff :)

It's almost -24F this morning... I would like to suggest that sometimes cold temps are NOT better! My wife is from Siberia and she complains about our winters!

newp........that is sumpthin that Debadoo........DON'T do!!! I did live in ohio during the blizzard of 78 windchill temps of minus 60 and 25 foot snowdrifts, and 51 deaths, so I know what COLD is. But...... that's why I live in the South!! It should never be below 70. So 60 degrees, is 10 below in my book!!

Yup! That's her...in all of her 104lb glory. lol

That's funny, I had a look at your temps in Ottawa this morning and it was apparently only -4 F. I used to go downhill skiing at these temps.

Never mind Siberia, this is the Great White North you know

Seriously though, I lived in Edmonton for a couple of years. The first time I experienced -40 deg (not wind chill, that's the actual temperature) was an eyeopener. Now that's cold

I especially like how Yahoo weather called it -16c and my thermometer outside called it -30C. Right now they are saying -16 again and yet in my porch, it is reading -21.

edmonton is known for the cold and I have a few coworkers who can attest to that.

Pretty dog!!

I remember '78 Blizzard. We were able to walk across the Ohio River. We still had 30 foot piles of snow all the way into summer that year. Crazy weather.

I hate cold, but this is nothing compared to last years crappy Polar Vortex. That was just pure misery.
