Neroli comes from the blossom of the bitter orange tree. Its is sweet and honeyed.
Sea Buckthorn Flavor (sorry I misspelled the flavor above)
Also known as "Siberian Pineapple" - much like pineapple flavor without sweetness. Pairs well with apple and citrus flavors. Fresh, sour, crisp.
Torrone Nougat (Torrone in Italian) - Almond, honey, lemon.
