Doesn't the VTR come with and extension tube so you can mount whatever, it would be above the unit?

Yep, or you can do this to it:

i am happy with the form it fits my hand nice. I hear that the DNA30 chip is damn smooth. That being said the MVP does have a filter that prevents the rattlesnake. A DNAMVP is going to be another price range and I dont think it would do well as a consumable product... Maybe the VTR would be a better fit since you can replace the batteries.

The VTR looks good with out the tank ring on it? Mod by Dremmel?

Despite what some people see as a negative - I like that the MVP is disposable. Keeps the price down and is a good model for Innoken as there will always be people buying replacements. It is the perfect all day mod - does great job and I dont worry about it getting beat up or lost. Except that the Atty I have on it is 2x as expensive as the MVP. :)

I'm eventually going to purchase a removable battery mod just for peace of mind and armageddon backup. Right now the MVP clicks all the boxes for me. I guess that is why I have 2 of them in rotation.

That's why I broke down and picked up a ProVari. It provides me that armageddon piece of mind because despite it being "long in the tooth" it is time tested in the field. My MVP2 is my daily driver at work and away from home. My ProVari is my at home "lounging" vape.

Yeah this thing has become a sleeper hit lately. Especially with the sales lately. I just hope the sales aren't a sign that they are being discontinued for a newer version. I suffer from an acute case of upgraditis. LOL
What is the best price you have seen?

Heck P, I'm long in the tooth! I don't know why, but I am hoping for a pro v 3.0, not that I have a clue what it would provide beyond what it currently does.

So would I....But at this point it was a point of, do I wait indefinitely for a 3.0 version or just pull the trigger on something tried and true.

I pulled the trigger. If 3.0 comes out in the near term, I have the flexibility to either pay for the upgrade, or stick with what I know works and let other people be the guinea pigs with their 3.0's.

You are dealing with the dreaded 510/ego connection issue inherent with so many MVP's and to a slightly lesser extent the VV3's. There are three solutions.

You forgot the "4th solution" (and maybe the most "permanent"):

http://www.e-cigarette-forum.com/fo...thread-contact-clearomizer-mod-batteries.html

MVP 2 arrived today! Pretty easy too figure out for this old guy.

Have you checked out the "Older Folks" thread?

There really aren't any "age limits" (no minimum, no maximum)...but a bunch of really "smart" vapers ranging from newbies to those who's first e-cigs were whale oil powered.

I really prefer the warm vape of a top feeder which is why I am thinking about getting some T2's. But if something is better I am game.

Get yourself a CartoTank ($10 at FT or $30 at IBTanked...doesn't matter).

You'll then move ALL your Clearomizers to your back-up drawer.

Arthritis makes it hard enough I can't comfortably push the button with the flat part of a finger.

Have you tried the "trick" of cupping your MVP2 in your hand (like a walkie-talkie) and using the first joint on your thumb on the fire button?

I can't get use to using anything besides a thumb on any mod. This drives me insane on the SVD since the screen is now opposite my view.

anyone still dreaming bout innokin buying a whole lot of DNA20/30 chips and making a DNAMVP ? :p

I just don't see the need. I think the vape on the MVP is smooth and steady the way it is. Just how much better is actually better or are you just adding price and complexity.

Ha! I didn't know it was a trick. I went from using a Vision Spinner, which I hold kind of like a cigar (although I'm female and have never smoked a cigar), to holding my MVP just like you say.

It just seemed to be the natural way to hold it the first time I picked it up. And you are right, it is like you would hold a walkie talkie. The first time my daughter saw me with it, she kidded me: "Mom, are you talking to all those cigarettes you don't smoke anymore?":D

Intel continues to make faster processors but the result is the same. My MVP 2 is quite accurate as it is.

$35.90 shipped from Complete Vape.
Price is $39.89 but you can get a 10% off coupon on their Facebook page. Not sure what stock is like by now. When I ordered my second last Thursday they only had brushed black and a few of the Energy models in stock.

This daughter is the last of five kids, the "baby". She just had her 40th birthday, and I sure don't know how that happened. We had her when I was in my 30's and her dad was 50! She has been a joy to us for all her life.:)
