I am unsure what the pin is. Is it the flat round contact nipple thing thats inside where you screw the tank in lol ? Is there a video or thread on doing that ? Remember...I tend to destroy things often lol

well at least u guys have discount discounts ;} 59 EUROs is about as cheap as it gets here.. some shops dont even sell or want to sell em (why on earth wouldnt a shop want to have these things is beyond me).

Does anyone else have an issue with aspire vivi mini novas on the mvp? I have to put it on and take it off a few times before the mvp actually reads the tank. By read I mean the ohm reader will show 000.

Nope no problem with my Aspire Mini Nova on my MVP. Works like a champ and no issue reading it either. One of my favorite clearos. Sounds like your pin may be pushed down a smidge.

I didn't want to mess with the MVP pin so I pulled the pin in the nova down a little and its working fine now. Im sure eventually it will slide back up so ill have to keep adjusting it.

I have been using the mvp on VW so I decided to fine tune the mvp on VV just now. I swear the VV fine tuned gives me WAY better flavor than the VW fine tuned. Idk maybe its my head playing with me but for now on ill be vaping on VV for now on

1.8ohm @ 3.6v is pure cold foggy FLAVOR !

I thought the same exact thing. It translates to 7 watts but I think people are right about how the mvp vw is a little off.

Its a clear difference between taste and temp. Im not ruling out that it can be my head playing tricks on me so I will make two of my non vaping friends try it and see if they taste/feel a difference .

I prefer fine tuning on V mode too. It's more accurate, plus, like I mentioned before, you might be saving a bit of battery life since MVP isn't calculating necessary voltage

well the idea is just down to the same.. adjust till the vape becomes comfortable.. just have to readjust VV when resistance changes whatever gets the vape flowin.

I spoke too soon. had no issues with my BDC Mini Nova. But just broke out the BDC Vivi Nova I got and it gave a no read. Wiggled the pin on the VN and it worked fine. I didn't want to mess with the pin on the MVP either.

I think the pin tolerance on the MVP is a little more critical than other APVs. A spring loaded or adjustable would be nice.

I have noticed that the connection tolerances are a bit off on some tanks/clearos. Fortunately, the MVP2 has a floating pin which makes it easier to adjust. This is a common issue, and not just with our MVP's.

I haven't tried anything aspire yet- which one do you prefer? Bottom coil or something else? In your opinion how does it compare to protanks or maybe even carto tanks?
