Ok, I'm confused again. I have a Smok Tech Pyrex Aro tank which reads 2.5 ohms. When I press both buttons, it's says 2.5 and then 4.1. Should I set the U button to 4.1? Thanks so much.

Nope. Second reading is the amount of volts left in your battery.

-holding both buttons:
-first display is, Coil Ω
-second display is, Charge Remaining in internal battery
- - -
>push and hold (top button) "P" for watts control
>push and hold (bottom button) "U" for volts control
-the first display will always be Puff Counter (0-999)
(which actually just counts how many times you push your Fire button)
-second number displayed is adjustable setting (v or w)
--it is EITHER volts OR watts, never both
--3 clks off / 3 clks on (puff counter resets to "0" each time)
- - -
so with your stated settings; 2.5 / 4.1
your coil ohms is 2.5Ω
your battery charge is 4.1volts (full)

suggest you hold top button and set WATTS to 8w

or, if you prefer, hold bottom button and set VOLTS to 4.4v

:2c:

after ½ dozen puffs or so it's not burnt tasting, continue from there
if not you know the rule, 'start low and work up the scale'...

Finally got the MVP working with the Ego/510 adapter. Still had to use The circuit board spacer, but now I shouldn't lose it as the adapter will not need to come off.

A bit taller, but used a PT beauty ring and it looks ok. So happy to have it back in operation

hey looks just fine
sure feels good when you work out a problem
nice job !

I followed someone's advice and never use my "U" button. I just use the "P" button and set the watts to 8.00 and leave it there. I use Smok Tech Pyrex Aro tanks and find this setting works very well with all my juice. I'm really a set it and forget it type, and this suits me fine.

Couldn't agree more Puff and I am darn glad I had the VV V3 for backup, so I had no step down in performance, just battery life.
I have chargers everywhere though, work, car, and home so I can vape on passthrough if I ever need to.

Say that you finally got the Kayfun, have you been enjoying the flavor more?

A link to that beauty ring when you get time would be greatly appreciated.
