hey guys. I'm really excited right now. i went to my vape shop and picked up an taste VTR. it seems really well built and i love everything about it. the atty it came with reads at 2.1 ohms. with that resistance i would typically vape at around 4.3 volts. I've never had variable wattage on a device before so i don't really know where to set that at. i know that matching wattage, voltage, and resistance is a bit of a science but can anyone give me a general range to stay between? i just don't want to put it too high or too low and burn out my atty in a matter of minutes. thanks for any help guys! again I'm vaping a 2.1 ohm atty between 4 and 4.5 volts.

It's actually really simple to figure this out. Grab a calculator and do the following:

Get the square root of your Wattage multiplied by your resistance.

Example: 8 watts X 2.1ohms = 16.8 (now get the square root of this number) = 4.1 volts (rounded).

Just use this simple equation and you will be able to determine roughly what voltage you are vaping at based on your current wattage setting and adjust from there depending on your preference.
